- To respond to your requests and provide the services you ask for.
- To maintain, secure, and improve our service.
- To send service-related messages. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and email delivery), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal data.
4. Data retention
We keep scan results and contact information for as long as needed to provide the service and to keep the dated remediation record that the service depends on. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. 1. The service
AccessAegis provides automated and manual website accessibility scanning, reporting, monitoring, and optional remediation services measured against recognized standards such as WCAG.
2. Acceptable use
You may request scans only for websites that you own or are authorized to assess. You agree not to use the service to test sites without permission, or in any way that is unlawful or harmful.
3. Fees, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Monitoring is a recurring subscription that continues until cancelled. One-time services (such as audits and remediation) are billed once. Prices may change with notice for future billing periods. Refund requests are handled in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
4. Intellectual property
The AccessAegis name, brand, site, and report formats are our property. The reports we deliver to you are yours to use for your own business purposes.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccessAegis will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or legal claims arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AccessAegis harmless from claims arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel any subscription. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
